Agentic AI & Workflow Automation for Small Business, Built and Watched by People | Namo Padmavati
Custom built · Human watched

Agentic AI Workflows that run themselves. A person who makes sure they do.

Most "AI automation" is a chatbot glued to a spreadsheet. We build agents that do real work across your tools: a lead comes in and is researched, scored, replied to and booked; an invoice goes unpaid and is chased; a report writes itself every Monday. Built inside your accounts by people who run operations for a living, and watched every day by a person who fixes it when the world changes.

  • 30people in one office who run operations daily. We automate what we actually do.
  • 2018the year we started. Our longest client has stayed six years.
  • 100%of agent output that reaches a customer is checked by a person first.
  • 1fixed quote before anything is built. No surprise invoices.

What we build

Not a chatbot. Agents that do the work.

If a workflow has steps, rules and tools, it can be built to run on its own. Here's what we build for clients today, each one watched by a person.

  • Meetings booked straight into your calendar
  • CRM updated after every call and email
  • Follow-up sequences that stop when they reply
  • Proposals drafted from your templates
02

Inbox & scheduling agents

  • Email sorted, tagged and drafted for one-click approval
  • Meeting requests turned into booked slots
  • Daily brief in your inbox before you start
  • Call and meeting notes summarised and filed
03

07

Operations & onboarding

  • New client or employee onboarding run step by step
  • Tasks created and assigned when something happens upstream
  • Orders, bookings and forms processed end to end
  • Checklists and SOPs enforced, not just written
08

Voice & chat agents

  • An AI receptionist that answers, books and takes messages
  • Website and WhatsApp chat that answers from your docs
  • Missed calls texted back within a minute
  • Every conversation logged, with a person reviewing the ones that matter

Not sure what to automate first? Walk us through one week of your operations on a free call and we'll show you the three workflows we'd build first, and what they'd save.

What it looks like

Four workflows, start to finish.

Typical builds, and where the person stays in the loop.

  1. A lead comes in

The agent researches the company, scores the fit, drafts a reply in your voice and offers three meeting times. A person reads it, presses send, and the booking lands in your calendar.

  2. An invoice goes unpaid

Day 1, 7 and 14 reminders go out automatically, each one friendlier than a bot. On day 21 a person picks up the phone. Payment is logged in your books when it lands.

  3. Monday, 8 am

Sales, support, ad spend and cash pulled from six tools, written up in plain English with the three numbers that moved, and sent to you before your coffee.

  4. A customer writes in

The agent finds their order, drafts the answer from your policy and tags the ticket. Routine replies go out after a person's glance. Anything upset or unusual goes to a human first.

AI speed. Human care.

AI runs the workflow. A person owns the outcome.

We know what AI can automate now, because we use it all day. We also know what happens when nobody is watching: an agent emails the wrong customer, a form changes and the workflow silently stops. So every build we ship comes with a person who checks the output, catches the breaks and improves it month by month. You get the speed without the surprises.

The agents handle

  • Whole workflows, end to end, around the clock
  • Moving data between your tools without a copy-paste
  • Drafting, summarising, scoring and sorting
  • The same steps, the same way, every time

Our people handle

  • Designing the workflow with you, before anything is built
  • Checking what reaches your customers
  • Fixing it when a tool, a form or a rule changes
  • Spotting the next workflow worth automating

And because we also place assistants, the agent and the person can be the same team: the automation does the volume, your assistant does the judgement, and you pay for fewer hours every month.

Why founders choose us

Built by people who run operations. Not a demo that breaks on Monday.

We run the work we automate

Thirty people in our office run inboxes, CRMs, support queues and books for clients every day. We automate the steps we know, not the ones a slide deck imagines.

A person in the loop, always

Every workflow is assigned to someone on our team who watches the output, reads the errors and keeps it running. Not a ticket queue. A name.

You own everything

Built in your accounts, documented in your playbook, with no proprietary platform in between. Stop working with us and it keeps running.

Fixed scope, fixed quote

We map the workflow first, then quote it. If the scope changes, the quote changes before the work does, never after.

Honest about what to automate

Some workflows aren't worth building. If the maths doesn't work, or a part-time assistant would do it cheaper, we'll say so on the first call.

Pairs with a human team

Add a virtual assistant, support agent or marketer under the same team lead and the agents hand them exactly the work that needs a person.

How a project runs

From first call to running on its own.

See how we work
  1. 01

    Map it

On a free call we walk through the workflow step by step, find what's worth automating and what isn't, and you get a fixed quote.

  2. 02

    Build it

We build inside your accounts, test it on real data with you, and write the playbook so your team knows exactly what runs and when.

  3. 03

    Launch it, watched

It goes live with a person on our team checking every output in the first weeks and tightening the rules as the edge cases show up.

  4. 04

    Tune it, shrink the bill

Month to month we review what ran, what broke and what's next. As the workflow needs less watching, the monthly rate drops with it.

Pricing

Scoped to you

Every project gets a fixed quote after a free mapping call: one price to design, build and launch it, then a small monthly rate for the person who watches and tunes it. No platform fees, no per-seat licences, and the quote is agreed before we build. Already have an assistant with us? Automations for their workflows are built as part of the plan.

The terms, in plain words.

01

A fixed quote before we build.

You see the price for the whole build up front. If the scope changes, the quote changes before the work does.

02

No contract on the running.

The monthly watching-and-tuning rate stops any time with five days' notice. The automation keeps working.

03

The mapping call is free.

You leave with a plan and a quote, whether or not you build with us.

04

If it breaks, we fix it.

Tools change, forms change, APIs change. Keeping it running is what the monthly rate is for, not an extra invoice.

05

Paying for more watching than you need? We'll tell you.

As a workflow proves itself, it needs fewer human hours. We lower the rate ourselves.

06

It's yours.

Built in your accounts, documented in your playbook. Take it in-house whenever you like.

What's the difference between an AI agent and an automation?

An automation follows fixed steps: when this happens, do that. An agent can read, decide and act within rules you set: read the email, work out what the customer wants, look up the order, draft the right reply. We build both, and we use the simplest thing that works.

What can you actually automate for me?

Anything with steps, rules and tools: lead follow-up, inbox triage, invoicing and chasing, reporting, onboarding, support replies, content pipelines, phone answering. If you can describe how it's done today, we can usually build it. If we can't, we'll say so on the call.

Who watches the agents?

A named person on our team, every working day. They read the output, catch errors before they reach a customer, and fix the workflow when a tool or a form changes. That's what the monthly rate pays for.

What happens when something goes wrong?

Every workflow has a stop rule and a person it alerts. Anything that touches a customer or money waits for a human's approval until it has proved itself. When it breaks, we fix it as part of the monthly rate, not as a new invoice.

Do I need a technical team?

No. You need to know how the work is done today and ten minutes to walk us through it. We handle the build, the testing and the documentation, and we show you plainly what runs, so nothing is a black box.

Which tools can you connect?

Anything with an API or a webhook, which is nearly everything: your CRM, inbox, help desk, store, books, calendar, chat and forms. For tools with none, we can still automate through the browser or a scheduled export.

Is my data safe?

Everything is built inside your own accounts with the access you choose, so your data stays where it already lives. We sign an NDA on request, and access is removed the day an engagement ends.

How is it priced?

A fixed quote for the build after a free mapping call, then a small monthly rate for watching and tuning. No platform fees or per-seat licences. If you already have an assistant with us, automations for their work are built as part of the plan.

How long does it take?

A single workflow is usually live within a few weeks of the mapping call. Bigger builds are quoted with a timeline, and you see it working on real data before it goes live.
