Introduce us to someone drowning in operations. When they become a client, you earn every month, for as long as they stay with us. They get their week back, and you get paid for the introduction.
What you earn
$50every month, for as long as they're a client
For every business you refer that takes on full-time support with us. No three-month cut-off: if they stay, you keep earning.
Refer one full-time client who stays for a year and you earn $600. Two years, $1,200.
$25every month, for as long as they're a client
For every business you refer that takes on part-time support. A year with us earns you $300.
$50one-time
For every business that starts with hourly support. If they later upgrade to part-time or full-time, your monthly payouts start at the new rate.
Already a client? When the businesses you refer in a single month take on full-time or part-time support, you get money off your own next month with us.

Monthly payouts continue for as long as each client stays. The client bonus applies when the full-time and part-time referrals all start in the same month and you're a client yourself. Illustrative only; see the referral terms.
How it works
Email us their name and what they're struggling with, or copy us into an email with them.
We book a free discovery call, find what's slowing them down, and tell them honestly whether we're a fit.
When they sign up, your payouts start: $50 a month for full-time, $25 for part-time, or $50 once for hourly support.
Questions
Clients, partners, friends of the business: anyone who knows a founder or team that's buried in operations. The client bonus is for existing clients, since it's money off your own service.
A business that's new to us, which you introduce before they get in touch, and which signs up within 90 days. Just email us or copy us in, so we know it came from you.
For as long as the client stays with us. Every month a full-time client you referred pays us, you earn $50. For a part-time client, $25.
You get $50 when they start on hourly support. If they move to part-time or full-time, you start earning $25 or $50 every month from then on.
If five businesses you refer start full-time or part-time support in the same month, you get 50% off one month of your own services. Seven, and that month is free. Hourly referrals don't count toward the bonus.
Within 15 days of the end of each month, for what your referred clients paid us that month. We pay in US dollars by bank transfer, Wise or PayPal, or as a credit on your invoice if you're a client.
