Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of https://namopadmavati.com/ (“Service”) operated by Namo Padmavati Outsourcing Private Limited (“Company”, “we”, or “our”). By accessing or using this Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

User Eligibility

  • Use of this website is permitted only for users who are legally competent to enter into contracts under Indian law (at least 18 years old or the legal age in your jurisdiction).​

  • By using this Service, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements.​

Use of Service

  • You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes.​

  • Prohibited activities include but are not limited to: violating any laws, infringing intellectual property, unauthorized access, abusive conduct, and uploading harmful materials.​

Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Namo Padmavati Outsourcing Private Limited or its licensors, protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws.​

  • You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to view and use the material for personal, non-commercial use only. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or modification is prohibited.​

Payment, Refund, and Service Terms

  • Payment terms, pricing, and refund policies for our services will be clearly communicated through our official communication channels or agreements.

  • By engaging with our paid services, you agree to abide by specific payment and billing terms as outlined by the Company.

  • Refunds will be handled in accordance with our refund policy explained at the point of sale or on request.

Limitation of Liability

  • The Service is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. No warranties, express or implied, are made regarding the Service’s performance or availability.​

  • The Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of use or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to losses of data, revenue, or profits—except as required by applicable law.​

Account Termination

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to us, users, or third parties.​

Governing Law

  • These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.​

  • Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in India.​

Changes to Terms

  • We reserve the right to amend or replace these Terms at any time. Notice of material changes will be posted on this page, with the effective date updated accordingly.​

  • Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Referral Program

These terms apply to our referral program, described at namopadmavati.com/referral. The rest of these Terms, including Governing Law, also apply.

Who can take part

  • Anyone who meets the User Eligibility requirements above can refer a business to us. Our employees and contractors cannot earn rewards.

  • You can't refer your own business, or a business you own, manage or work for.

  • The client bonus is only available to clients with an active service and no overdue invoices.

What counts as a referral

  • You introduce the business to us by email at riya@namopadmavati.com, or by copying us into an email with them, before they contact us or book a call.

  • The business is new to us: not a current client, a past client in the last 12 months, or someone we're already speaking with.

  • The business signs up and pays its first invoice within 90 days of your introduction.

  • If more than one person introduces the same business, the first introduction we receive gets the credit.

Rewards

  • Full-time clients: US$50 for every month a referred full-time client pays us, for as long as they remain a client.

  • Part-time clients: US$25 for every month a referred part-time client pays us, for as long as they remain a client.

  • Hourly support: a one-time payment of US$50 once the referred client has paid their first invoice. If they later move to a part-time or full-time plan, the monthly reward for that plan applies from the first month they pay at the new level.

  • Client bonus: if five businesses you introduce start full-time or part-time support with us in the same calendar month, you get 50% off one month of your current services. If seven do, you get 100% off one month. Only the higher tier applies in a given month, hourly referrals don't count, and the discount is applied to your next invoice rather than paid in cash.

  • Whether a client is full-time, part-time or hourly is based on the plan they pay for.

When and how you're paid

  • We pay rewards within 15 days of the end of each calendar month, for referred client payments we received that month.

  • Payments are made in US dollars by bank transfer, Wise or PayPal. If you're a client, you can choose to take your rewards as a credit on your invoice instead.

  • We'll ask for your payment details before your first payout. You're responsible for any taxes due on rewards in your country.

Cancellations and refunds

  • Rewards are only earned on money we keep. Monthly rewards for a client stop when they stop being a client, and aren't paid for any month they don't pay.

  • If a referred client moves to a smaller plan, the reward for the new plan applies from then on.

  • If we refund a payment that you've already been paid a reward on, we may deduct that reward from your future payouts.

Fair use

  • Please refer honestly. Don't spam, make promises on our behalf, or bid on our brand name in paid search ads.

  • We may decline a referral, or remove someone from the program, if we believe these terms have been broken. Rewards you've already earned fairly will still be paid.

Partners and changes

  • If we agree a separate referral arrangement with you in writing, that agreement takes priority over these referral terms where they differ.

  • We may change or end the referral program by posting 30 days' notice on this page. Rewards earned before a change takes effect will be honoured under the terms that applied when you made the introduction.
